EYE LOOK - NUDE LOOK WITH WINGED LINER

I wore this eye look to a cooking competition I was competing in. I wanted to do something kind of simple and pretty that brought out my green eyes. It's not a very dramatic look so it is easy to get away with during the day but lets you still looks a little dressy. You guys know by now that I really like nude eye looks but I hope you still enjoy this one!!!

Here is what I did step by step to get this look:

Mac Pro Longwear Paint Pot in Painterly - I used this to set a base for my eyeshadow. It makes you eyelid one colour and takes away any redness you may have $26.00

Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in the colour Bone - I use this all over to set the base. I also find that when you do this it is easier later to blend the eyeshadow colours on top. $32.68

Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Wood Winked - I started with this colour building up the crease and will be using this as a transition colour $10.00

Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Espresso -  I further darkened the crease with espresso but harshly, you want a nice transiton $10.00

Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Ground Brown - Lastly I used this colour directly in the crease to create a more harsh line$10.00

Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Eye Shadow in the color Playa Del Pink - I used this all over the lid to create that shiny eyelid.  $23.00

I went back in with Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Wood Winked  followed by Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Ground Brown just to help transition Playa del Pink with the darker colors in the crease.

OFRA Eye Shadow and Highlighter in Bliss - I used this on the inner corner of my eye as well as along the inner lower lash to brighten up the look. $15.00

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper - I used this liner to define the upper lash line and make my wing. $28.39

Lastly I went back in with Mac Eye Shadow Pan in Ground Brown along the lower lash line to connect the wing I just put on to the light Ofra colour I used to highlight my inner eye. Make sure this blends nicely and has a dark to light transition from the outer to inner lower lash line.

Mac Cosmetics Fix Plus - Spayed this all over my face to make sure my makeup stays fresh for as long as possible. $26.00

Mac False Lashes Extreme Black Mascara - lastly I applied this on my lashes to make them darker and stand out more. I love this mascara! $27.00

On my eyebrows I used:

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in the shade Medium Brown $21.00

Benefit's Gimmie Brow in the shade Light/Medium $16.69

I am NOT an affiliated of any of these makeup companies however I do think these products are top notch and would recommend them to anyone!

Okay this should of been up forever ago I know and i'm sorry it took me so long. Bobbi Brown Eye Shadow in the colour Bone - I use this all over to set the base. I also find that when you do this it is easier later to blend the eyeshadow colours on top. $32.68

Josie Maran Coconut Watercolor Eye Shadow in the color Playa Del Pink - I used this all over the lid. Shake well before you use so that it has its true intensity and pigmentation.  $23.00

I used a combination of the following three eye shadows to build up the crease, blend in the Josie pigment into the crease and finish the look/lower waterline.

EYE LOOK - ALL BLACK FADE OUT SMOKEY EYE

I am currently in Barcelona and went out with friends last night to dinner and drinks. I was just chilling in my Airbnb having come back from a four hour exploration of the city and decided tonight the night!! haha!! This is totally going to sound weird but my boyfriend and his brother have been talking a lot about Star Wars since a new movie is coming out and my friend who knows I do these eye look posts sent me a joke article about Chewbacca's eye makeup look and well I was actually inspired. Chewbacca just got a glam makeover :P

As you probably have figured out by now, I always start the same way.....

Urban Decay Naked 2 Pallet - I used three shades in this pallet. Tease to start -  mainly in the crease and blended up. Take your time because going forward you will build up on this so you get a nice smokey look. Next use Busted with a smaller brush to really darken the crease and bring the dark shade onto the lid. Finally I used Blackout all over the lid. Just pack it on and blend it up into the crease so that there is a nice gradient. I used Blackout on my lower waterline really close to the bottom eyelashes and then went in with Busted to blend it and create a gradient on the lower lash line and hook it back into the top gradient (outer eyelid) I previously created. $64.00

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper - I used this liner to make a small line along the edge of my eyelid/eyelash to make it even darker at the base. $28.39

Mac Cosmetics Fix Plus - Spayed this all over my face to hold the shadow and foundation for long wear. $26.00

Doucce Eye Liner in Black (500) - I added this to my waterline to deepen the black. $15.41

EYE LOOK - PLUM SMOKEY EYE USING MY TARTELETTE PALLETT

I wore this eye look to an event I was going to and loved it so much I had to share it. The plum color goes well with brown or green eyes and gives you that smokey look without to much dark drama. Paired with a tan or nude jacket this look really can stand out. For details on what I used to get this look see below.

Tarte Cosmetics' Tartelette Pallet- I love this pallet because all the shades are matte and super pigmented and blend-able! I used it to build up the crease and all over the lid. First I started with wanderer to build up the crease and then went in with dreamer to darken the crease up slightly and add more definition. Finally I mixed best friend and bombshell together and put that all over the lid and blended it back into the crease so it had a nice transition.  $51.95

Tarte Tartelette Amazonian Clay Matte Eyeshadow Palette (Limited Edition)

Mac Cosmetics Fix Plus - TIP: if you spray fix plus on your brush before you put eyeshadow on it it makes the eyeshadow stand out more. I did exactly to get the plum even darker. $26.00

Kat Von D Tattoo Liner in Trooper - I used this liner to start on the inside of the eye and dragged it out. $28.39

Mac Cosmetics Fluidline in Black Track - I finished with a brush and this liner just because I find it easier to create a wing with a brush then a liquid stick - I dunno I am weird. $19.50

Doucce Eye Liner in Black (500) - I added this to my waterline to deepen the black. $15.41

Mac False Lashes Extreme Black Mascara - lastly I applied this on my lashes to make them darker and stand out more. I love this mascara! $27.00

On my eyebrows I used:

Mac Eyebrow Finisher in the colour clear $21.00

Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz in the shade Medium Brown $21.00

Benefit's Gimmie Brow in the shade Light/Medium $16.69
