1 Cup Frozen Mango
1 Orange (peeled and sliced)
1 Can of Coconut Water
3 -4 Cups of Kale
1-1.5 Cups of Cucumber
1 Lemon (peeled and sliced)
Toss everything in a blender and liquefy.
